ICE Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused BU Lead to drive the success of our Contingency Workforce Recruitment division.
This is a key leadership role where you will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding results across temporary and permanent workforce solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and grow the Contingency Workforce Recruitment BU, driving performance, service excellence, and revenue growth
Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, creating a high-performance culture
Oversee end-to-end temp workforce operations, including payroll accuracy and contractor satisfaction
Build and strengthen strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business
Drive KPI performance across the team (e.g. CV-to-interview, interview-to-placement, payroll accuracy)
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development initiatives
Ensure full compliance with agency workforce regulations (including Agency Worker Act)
Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic input to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in recruitment, with proven leadership or BU management capability
Expertise in contingency workforce / temp recruitment operations and compliance
Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised, solutions-focused, and capable of managing a fast-paced operation
