Your role
Your mission as the Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
* Report into the Operations Manager.
* Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
* Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
* Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

* You have minimum 2 years of experience, working as a service or maintenance technician
* Technical school background
* Basic knowledge of English

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Limerick, Wexford. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Ireland (IE).
