Key Responsibilities: Lead setting out and surveying activities using total stations, GPS, and other modern equipment. Oversee site engineering functions and ensure accurate records of daily activities. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery. Contribute to quality control by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. Liaise with the Project Manager and design teams to ensure technical requirements are met. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a site engineering role, ideally on complex builds. Strong background in setting out, site coordination, and construction methodologies. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering support on-site.
