You'll build long-term relationships with customers and dealers, acting as the key liaison between them and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and close salesMeet and exceed sales targets while nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clientsCommunicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and convert key sales opportunitiesDeliver creative solutions to overcome challenges and drive profitabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business successRespond to customer inquiries and provide product training and demonstrations at fairs/exposAbout NilfiskWith over 100 years of history, Nilfisk is a global leader in premium cleaning equipment.
