What You’ll Be Working On
Leading the design and development of scalable full stack systems
Building backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and frontend applications using React & TypeScript
Designing and maintaining AWS-based serverless solutions
Driving system architecture improvements, scalability, and performance optimisation
Leading post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
Integrating and leveraging AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve development efficiency and quality
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
Extensive backend experience in Python
Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with AWS (serverless, scalable architectures)
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience mentoring and guiding other engineers
