Job Description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the outlet staff, expediting guests' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with co-workers.
The ideal candidate should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a pleasant experience. This includes ensuring all hotel standards are always kept, delegating tasks to line staff, conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen, and monitoring the restaurants' cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all hotel standards are always kept
* Delegates tasks to line staff
* Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
* Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
* Monitoring the restaurants' cash flow, follow proper cash handling protocol, and settling outstanding bills
* Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction
* Ensure that all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift
* Learn and utilize the current Point of Sales system, Lightspeed
* Train, guide, and coach team members
* Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
* Supervise and guideline staff
* Other duties as required

Requirements:
* Experience in Hospitality essential
* Excellent customer service
* Strong command of English Language
