Café Manager
Location: Cafe DOLO (Formerly Carved Cafe) @ Marina Commercial Park.
We are opening a brand new café location and are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead the team.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, food, and creating a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and support staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste
Drive sales through quality, consistency, and team leadership
Work closely with ownership to implement new ideas and improvements
Requirements:
Previous experience in a management/supervisory role in hospitality or retail (café/restaurant experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
Flexible and reliable, with a hands-on approach
