We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team in a luxury 5-star hotel in Dublin. The successful candidate will report directly to the C&B Manager and be responsible for managing conferences, banquets, and events.
Main Responsibilities
 * Manage conferences, banquets, and events with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.
 * Collaborate with the C&B Manager to develop and implement strategies for event growth and success.
 * Lead a high-performing team of conference and banquet staff to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
 * A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 * A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
