The Digital Marketing Officer will play a key role in launching and promoting this new venture, ensuring that our brand presence is established both locally and online. From planning the launch opening campaign to driving daily promotions, this role will combine creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support the launch and ongoing growth of the Gardening Centre.
Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Manage online advertising campaigns to increase awareness and footfall.
Collaborate with the shop team to promote in-store events, product demonstrations, and seasonal offers.
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximise impact.
Support brand storytelling by highlighting the centre’s innovative gardening solutions and commitment to the community.
Develop relationships with local influencers, gardening groups, and online communities to expand reach.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle sectors.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid digital advertising.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for design and detail.
