Barden are delighted to be engaged with an innovative Group to help identify a Finance Manager to join their Finance team. This role is a 15 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. The role is based in Dublin but the Group are operating a very hybrid working policy with 1 day onsite a week expected.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this position is the heartbeat of finance — owning the general ledger, driving accurate journal entries and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with both US GAAP and local reporting standards.
Take ownership of month-end close across multiple international markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
Present financial insights and variance analysis to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
Lead statutory audits across several countries while driving strong relationships with auditors
Coach and develop a high-performing team, building your leadership and people management skills
Shape the future of finance by strengthening controls and spearheading process improvements across international operations
ABOUT THE PERSON
Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in in a complex, multinational, or practice environment
Experience within international or PLC environments is highly beneficial
Experience managing a team
Highly organised and detail-focused, you combine technical strength with excellent communication and leadership skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
