CNC Service Engineer Job Opportunity



We are seeking a skilled CNC service engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the setup and optimization of new CNC machinery at customer sites.




Key Responsibilities:



1. Setting up and optimizing new CNC machinery at customer sites

2. Rapidly responding to critical faults, diagnosing issues, and restoring machine operation (reactive maintenance)

3. Performing routine servicing, health checks, and preventative maintenance to avoid future breakdowns

4. Repairing issues with spindles, hydraulics, pneumatics, ballscrews, linear rails etc.

5. Diagnosing problems with control systems (Fanuc Siemens), drives PLCs and wiring

6. Offering technical advice training operators and building strong customer relationships
