Are you ready to shape the future of the water industry? Our dynamic Water Solutions team is looking for an enthusiastic and determined senior professional with water industry experience to take on the important role of Framework Manager.
This role is crucial for delivering the objectives of the water business and offers opportunities to grow with key Water clients in Ireland. You will lead the AECOM approach and collaborative engagement with our client, managing a multi‑disciplinary professional services framework to achieve excellent client service, project delivery metrics and business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead: Take ownership of the frameworks you manage and be accountable for building and maintaining our relationship and reputation with clients.
Deliver: Work with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs to develop and execute framework account plans. Connect clients with our business, ensuring delivery of agreed safety, programme, cost, innovation and quality metrics.
Quality: Understand AECOM’s commercial, contractual and technical obligations and ensure delivery to exceed expectations, report on Framework KPIs and drive client satisfaction for repeat work.
Grow: Identify upcoming pursuits with the client and work with internal teams to position AECOM for them, leading proposal development with bid and delivery teams to produce winning strategies and high‑quality proposals.
Develop: Work with colleagues to identify capacity and capability needs, expanding the team through internal progression and recruitment.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of the water sector and the regulatory environment in which clients operate.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders across client organisations.
Experience in technical and commercial bid development and delivery of water industry schemes.
Experience delivering across project phases – business case, feasibility, outline/design, detailed design, construction support, etc.
Experience delivering professional services in water – Asset Management, Engineering, Environment, Planning, Programme/Project Management, and related areas.
