We are looking for an experiencedHR Business Partnerto take on a senior, high-impact role within a dynamic organisation for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will work closely with leadership, providing strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement, and retention across the business.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional to influence people strategy at a senior level while supporting day-to-day HR operations and shaping the overall employee experience.Key responsibilities:Partner with leadership to implement people strategies that support business goalsManage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exitLead workforce and resource planning to ensure the right capability for the futureCoach and support managers on performance management, probation, and employee relationsDevelop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retentionLead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearingsSupport talent management and succession planning, ensuring clear action plans are in placePrepare and present HR updates, metrics, and people insights at leadership meetingsOversee the annual pay review processProvide day-to-day HR guidance across the organisationContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practicesWhat we're looking for:Strong experience in a HRBP or senior HR roleExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong influencing, coaching, and presentation skillsConfidence and resilience in a dynamic, evolving environmentExperience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar is desirableQualifications:Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or a related fieldCIPD membership is an advantage but not essentialThis is a visible, strategic HR role where you can shape people practices, influence leadership decisions, and make a real impact on engagement, performance, and retention across the organisation.For a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch.
