This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to the smooth financial operation of a busy business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Monitor cash flow and prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances.Assist with monthly accounts preparation.Ensure timely invoicing and manage payment follow-ups.Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors.Track and review business expenses and support internal reporting.Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.Work closely with the General Manager, department leads, and directors.Process payroll, deductions, and statutory contributions.Maintain accurate employee financial records and collaborate with HR on compensation matters.Review supplier invoices and contracts for accuracy and value.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, auditors, and banking partners.Skills & ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–3 years' experience in a similar role; hospitality experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (Hotsoft, Volante, Sage or similar).Excellent MS Excel and accounting software skills.Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
