Our restaurant is seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to manage kitchen operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* To prepare and cook food to a high standard, meeting customer expectations for quality and presentation.
* Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring stock is maintained at optimal levels.
* Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Provide guidance and support to junior chefs, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
