About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join a growing Engineering team supporting a leading SaaS platform. You will ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production, staging, and development environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. BUILD AND MAINTAIN HIGHLY AVAILABLE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE (Linux/Windows).
2. Provide 24/7 PRODUCTION SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOT TECHNICAL ISSUES.
3. Collaborate with application, DBA, and cloud teams to deliver scalable solutions.
4. li > M o n i t o r A N D I M P R O V E S Y S T E M P E R F O R M A N C E U S I N G T O O L S L I K E P R O M E T H U S, G R A F A N A, OR ELK. ">LI > Ensure security best practices and disaster recovery processes are followed.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2,S3,Lambda,VPC,IAM etc. Experience in regulated environments or cloud security governance is also desirable but not necessary.
