This is a Community Employment scheme. It is a developmental opportunity, with no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. There will be an opportunity to work towards QQI and /or Industry Standard qualifications.

Applicants will be required to supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda Vetting application form.
Duties will include (Training will be provided):
* Supporting Service Users at our Day Centre in Waterford City
* Delivering development programmes to Service Users.
* Accompanying Service Users on outings.
* Providing personal care for Service Users.
* Operating lifting equipment on buses.
* Clamping Wheelchairs aboard buses.
* Cleaning and maintenance duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* A willingness to engage in training.
