Building Services Engineer Job Summary
Our company is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to manage the installation and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems on residential projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with site construction management teams, overseeing M&E sub-contractors onsite, and ensuring programme and quality expectations are met.

Critical to this role is your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, think creatively about problem-solving solutions, and drive innovation in building services design and construction.
If you have a passion for managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish,
p>have relevant third-level education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar discipline,
have at least three years' experience as a Building Services Manager post-qualification
are familiar with emerging trends in energy efficiency best practices ,
