Collaborative Finance CLG is a Credit Union Services Organisation supporting a network of 60 credit unions with 200 offices across the country to offer a range of brands to their members. Its purpose is to enable and support credit unions in offering a range of products and services based on collaboration, standardisation, and economies of scale. Currently, there are two branded offerings: Cultivate and Greenify.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic individual to support the CEO in the delivery of Collaborative Finance's services to the Credit Union sector and wider stakeholders.The role involves administrative support, business development, stakeholder engagement and representation of the organisation.The role is 3 days per week and is hybrid, with at least one day per week in-person in Cavan and travel to events throughout the country as required.Key Responsibilities• Assist with the administration of Collaborative Finance.• Assist in the organising and running of meetings, events and workshops.• Engage with credit unions and stakeholders and support the member credit unions of Collaborative Finance in what they can achieve through collaboration and their membership of the organisation.• Work with Collaborative Finance's partners on the development of the organisation and the support it provides to credit unions.Key Attributes• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work independently without supervision.• Enthusiastic and ambitious about the organisation and about the impactful role credit unions play in the community.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Requirements• Capacity to travel on a full driving licence, throughout Ireland, to attend meetings, occasionally evenings and weekends.• Previous experience in the credit unions sector is desirable, but not essential.• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their CV along with a cover letter detailing their experience and suitability for the role to Closing date for applications is Friday, 30thJanuary.Collaborative Finance CLG is an equal opportunity employer.This is an initial 12-month contract.
