As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our global sales strategy and drive transformative partnerships within the pharmaceutical, health technology, and payer spaces.
About the Role
As Commercialisation Manager, you will:
* Lead global go-to-market strategy for our digital biomarkers, assessments, and therapeutic platforms.
* Define and execute a focused commercial plan across pharma digital health buyers, and payers.
* Secure and expand enterprise-level partnerships within clinical trials, digital therapeutics, and treatment pathways.
* Own the full sales lifecycle: from pipeline development and qualification to negotiation and contracting of multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally (product, clinical, regulatory, executive) to align commercial positioning with product delivery.
* Represent Beats Medical with executive presence in partner negotiations, global conferences, and stakeholder briefings.
* Collaborate on pricing and delivery: work with our pricing lead and cross-functional teams to shape clear, sustainable offers
* Support RFPs and competitive bids: draft commercial sections, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely, compelling submissions
* Deliver clear forecasts, performance metrics, and growth outcomes to the executive team.
We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in commercialization, sales, or partnerships in pharma, digital health, or clinical trials, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
* Proven ability to close enterprise-level partnerships in CNS, digital assessments, or digital therapeutics.
* Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including digital endpoints, DHTs, and regulatory considerations.
* Experience working with pharma sponsors, CROs, payers, and digital health innovators.
* Fluent in contracting, pricing models, strategic negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with digital health tools in CNS, neurology, or rare disease domains.
* Existing network within pharma innovation, CROs, or clinical trial partnerships.
* Demonstrated success scaling commercialization efforts at a startup or scale-up stage.
* Background in life sciences, neuroscience, digital therapeutics, or health economics.
