About the Role
As a Senior NPI Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and direction for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will ensure the successful integration of new products into our existing manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving project outcomes in high-demand environments. They should be able to work effectively with limited resources and tight timelines.
In this role, you will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and product/process development to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This may involve supporting key internal automation initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
