About the Role
St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON) operates from three Dublin locations – St Luke’s Hospital and St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology centres in St James’ and Beaumont Hospitals. The MEDLIS Project Manager will coordinate the implementation of MedLIS, the new national Laboratory Information System (LIS), at St. Luke’s Hospital, Dublin. This role will also serve as a system administrator and manage the system after the roll‑out phase.
Important details: Project is currently in roll‑out phase; St. Luke’s Hospital is part of wave 3, with go‑live expected in the second half of 2026. Position is a whole‑time, two‑year specified purpose contract.
Responsibilities
• Co‑coordinate the implementation of MedLIS to St. Luke’s Hospital and surrounding units.
• Act as system administrator and provide ongoing system management after roll‑out.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and other hospital units involved in direct patient care.
