We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Duty Manager with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring the seamless operation of the hotels day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations across all hotel departments Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle feedback with professionalism Work closely with the management team to ensure staff performance and standards Monitor H&S compliance and daily checklists Be visible on the floor, leading by example and assisting where needed Step in for senior management when required Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a similar role within a hotel environment Proven ability to manage people and operations efficiently Strong communication and organisational skills A hands-on approach and flexibility to work various shifts Available to start in the coming weeks Whats on Offer: Competitive salary between €35,000 and €38,000 (DOE) Opportunity to grow within a well-established luxury property Supportive work culture and leadership team Career development opportunities
