The Opportunity:
A leading contractor/developer is seeking an experienced Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a €40m new build commercial scheme in Dublin. This is a significant project offering an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing commercial team on a complex development. The employer is open to candidates who are local to Dublin or those lodging during the week, and offers 1–2 days per week working from home.
This is a strong long-term role with clear scope for career progression and ongoing involvement across future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing procurement and package coordination
• Overseeing post-contract duties including cost control, commercial reporting, and subcontractor management
• Supporting the full project life cycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Requirements:
• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with 4–10+ year's experience with a main contractor, developer, or subcontractor
• Strong knowledge of procurement and full project life cycle management
• Experience on large-scale new build schemes preferred
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and organisational skills
