Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor
Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Solicitor to join their Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This permanent role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile capital markets and structured finance transactions with international clients.

The Role:
* Draft and review prospectuses and offering documents for new issuances and programme offerings.
* Document and manage structured finance and debt capital market transactions, including repacks and securitisations.
* List debt securities on Euronext Dublin, Vienna Stock Exchange, and other exchanges.
* Negotiate derivative master agreements and credit support arrangements.
* Advise on regulatory instruments such as the Prospectus Regulation, Securitisation Regulation, EMIR, MAR, and SFTR.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide innovative solutions.
The Person:
* Solicitor with NQ+ experience; transactional experience in banking, finance, or capital markets desirable.
* Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Interest in developing expertise in debt capital markets, structured finance, and derivatives.
