Senior Channel and Marketplace Marketing Specialist

This role focuses on enhancing marketing activities for IT distributors resellers digital agencies and cloud marketplaces by delivering content promotional assets partner communications and improvements to our partner portal.

You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams on various marketing executions to maximize joint marketing opportunities drive revenue and build brand value.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning & Execution of planned and agreed activities:
o Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify high-potential partners for strategic investments and drive focused activities.
o Create co-marketing plans with select focus partners to meet shared goals.
o Conduct regular marketing reviews with field and partner teams to assess the performance and impact of marketing campaigns review KPIs and refine strategies.
* Campaign & Program Management:
o Collaborate with product sales and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs materials promotions and other initiatives that align with sales objectives and address partners' needs and interests.
o Ensure partner materials are up to date and available in relevant locations such as Progress webpage PartnerLink.
o Lead the promotion and support the execution of partner enablement activities.
o Work closely with marketing operations and other relevant teams to identify and implement enhancements on PartnerLink aimed at improving the partner experience.
o Manage regional partner newsletters communications and updates.
o Work collaboratively with regional teams on marketing plans MDF allocations monitor key activities and track results.
o Drive partner demand-gen content localization across key markets.
o Drive marketing efforts with and through marketplace leaders such as AWS and AZURE.
* Performance Reporting KPI Management & Insights:
o Track partner pipeline contribution optimize marketing efforts based on performance data.
o Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on partner activities with a specific focus on lead generation and pipeline contributions.
o Establish and monitor key metrics for partner success such as deal registrations revenue growth MDF ratio campaign ROI and new customer acquisition.
o Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports that summarize partnership achievements performance gaps and areas for improvement. Present insights from data to internal teams and stakeholders providing actionable recommendations to enhance partnership results and contribute to business objectives.

You should have:

* 4+ years in B2B marketing.
* Experience working with IT VARs MSP on co-marketing.
* Hands-on experience in channel marketing.
* Highly organized and thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Motivated and detail-oriented.
* Versatile outgoing and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
* Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end executions.
