Job Description:
This is a critical role that will be responsible for owning compensation and benefits accounting compliance governance across the international region, balancing global standards with local requirements and documented exceptions. You will define, maintain, and continuously improve the Compliance & Controls Playbook for payroll/benefits accounting processes and interfaces.
