About the Role:
This senior-level leadership position plays a pivotal role across various departments, overseeing the integration of cutting-edge technologies and equipment at a 3D printing facility.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system in line with internal and regulatory requirements
* Preparation and delivery of training programs, including induction and job-specific EHS topics
* Conducts regular EHS inspections and audits to monitor the effectiveness of the EHS management system
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Leading EHS initiatives and staying abreast of evolving standards and technological solutions
* Sharing expertise with others and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
* Liaising with emergency response teams to ensure procedures, resources, and training are in place for all potential emergency scenarios
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as an EHS Manager in a large manufacturing facility, preferably within the medical device industry. Ongoing professional development in the area of EHS is highly desirable.
