CSR/Bookkeeping VA
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Business Assistant with strong customer service skills and solid bookkeeping experience. This role offers $5 per hour for 25 hours per week.
If you have at least 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. clients in CSR, administrative, or bookkeeping roles, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer support and customer experience, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients across channels.
* Perform bookkeeping tasks: reconciliations, data entry, payout reports, and month-end closing.
* Provide administrative support including travel bookings, calendar management, and inbox organization.
* Maintain accurate records in Xero, Stripe, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and track payouts and pipelines (or be willing to learn).
* Support daily operational tasks and work proactively to prevent delays, absences, and miscommunication.
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in a similar U.S.-focused role (CSR, Admin, Bookkeeping, or Business Assistant).
* Solid experience in bookkeeping (reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial data entry).
* Experience delivering strong customer experience + CSR communication.
* Proficient with: Xero, Stripe, Google Sheets, HubSpot (or fast learner).
* Excellent English communication.
