Job Summary
The successful candidate will manage the pre- and post-contract requirements of a diverse portfolio, ensuring seamless project execution.
This role involves close collaboration with procurement and legal teams to support programme directors in engaging contractors and consultants.
Key responsibilities include managing work orders from award to completion, including takeover of works and final assessment.
Additionally, the candidate will oversee the review and acceptance of subcontractor documents and manage contractor/consultant performance based on key performance indicators.
