Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following. Coordinate and manage project activities and change-related actions across multiple teams. Translate strategic direction into clear actions, ownership, and next steps. Coordinate and deliver training, change enablement activities and communication. Cooperate with all relevant departments, divisional factories, global mixed sales companies and Liebherr Group. Manage alignment to approved project objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Track progress, risks, and dependencies, including updates for stakeholders and escalation as needed. Manage accountability for agreed actions and commitments. Facilitate structured, outcome-focused meetings and workshops. Support engagement and proactively address resistance or misalignment. Ensure teams are prepared and supported prior to and after implementation. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and project documentation. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of implemented changes. Support governance processes and contribute to long-term sustainability of change. Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management. Qualifications, Experience & Core Competencies: Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business management, organisational psychology, communications, or a related field. Change management or project management certification preferred. 3+ years' experience in project coordination, change management, transformation, or related roles. Proven experience supporting organisational or cross-functional change initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (power BI etc.) Prior experience in a customer focused and / or IT environment an advantage. German speaking proficiency (CEFR B1+) an advantage. Core Competencies: Strong coordination and organizational skills. Structured, detail-oriented, and results-focused. Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to influence and guide stakeholders. Comfortable addressing challenges and differing viewpoints constructively. High emotional intelligence and resilience. Strong problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
