Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records.
Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance closures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
Support engineering teams with product and process verification.
Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities and quality investigations.
Manage calibration systems and coordinate quality-related projects.
Provide quality support to operations and lead root cause analysis efforts.
Develop and implement quality controls for both new and existing products.
Communicate effectively through reports and information sharing.

Experience with APQP and PPAP processes is advantageous.
