Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of financial administration, transactional processing, and general support within a structured environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented finance professionals seeking a stable and meaningful role in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Financial Processing & Administration: Process invoices, upload receipts, and manage purchase orders.
* Complete goods receipting and support AP/AR transaction workflows.
* Evaluate compliance with VAT, PSWT, RCT, and Prompt Payment requirements.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Operational Support includes providing administrative and financial support to Finance and ICT functions, as well as assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Present information clearly and contribute effectively to team discussions.
