We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA) with practice experience to join our growing team.
Our head office is in Galway City, but this role can be fully remote. Most of our team works in a flexible hybrid model, so you can choose what works best for you.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Skills & Experience Required
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA)
* 3+ years' practice experience in Ireland (essential)
* Strong technical skills in accounts prep, payroll, and VAT
* Excellent communication skills (both with clients and colleagues)
* Proficient in cloud-based systems; Xero experience preferred (training provided if needed)
What You'll Do
* Prepare financial statements and accounts for a wide range of clients
* Deliver monthly/quarterly management accounts
* Manage client tax compliance (Income Tax, VAT, VIES, OSS, RCT, Corporation Tax)
* Support and review bookkeepers' work (Xero, payroll, etc.)
* Manage multiple assignments while building trusted client relationships
* Contribute ideas for workflow improvements and business development
