Role Overview
We are searching for the best talent for an Inventory Analyst role to be in Limerick or Dublin, Ireland. This role supports inventory governance across EMEA Vision by monitoring inventory performance, communicating targets, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Track inventory levels, report metrics, and perform ad‑hoc analysis to resolve issues.
* Maintain inventory entitlement parameters, refine safety stock models, and support audits and reconciliations.
* Provide insights to improve forecast accuracy and align inventory with demand variability. Manage end‑to‑end process related to kit confectioning performed by 3PL.
* Coordinate obsolete inventory reduction and support sustainability KPIs.
* Manage inventory data in ERP systems (SAP), support automation, and implement traceability technology.
* Monitor flows, ensure SLA compliance, and track 3PL performance.
* Assess inventory risks and support contingency planning.
* Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Contribute inventory insights to global planning processes.
Qualifications
* APICS certification.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
* Experience in inventory management and supply chain analysis.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Advanced Excel and data mining capabilities.
* Familiarity with process improvement or LEAN methodologies.
* Effective communicator with ability to present insights clearly.
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP & WMS.
* Collaborative mindset with customer‑focused approach.
* Travel may be required of up to 10%.
