Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator for a full-time, fixed-term administrative position based in Dublin city centre. This is a senior administration role encompassing office administration, records management, financial administration, and executive support within a busy Publications Office. The successful candidate will have a strong administration background and demonstrable experience across administrative functions including invoicing, purchase orders, event coordination, and stakeholder communications. Location: Dublin City Centre/Hybrid Fixed-term to February 2027 Hours: 35 per week Salary: €26 per hour Key Responsibilities Support the Managing Editor and programme manager across day-to-day administrative operations Assist with publishing workflows, marketing activity, event management, and communications and publicity efforts Process invoices and expenses, secure purchase orders, seek quotes, and record income accurately Maintain accurate records and documentation across all programme activity Coordinate workflow between in-house staff, freelance contributors, and external partners Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders as required Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by the Managing Editor Essential Requirements Minimum two years' experience in administration or publishing Third-level degree Demonstrable ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams Desirable Experience in bookkeeping, invoice processing, or purchase orders in a public sector environment Event management experience Ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly Proficiency in Canva To apply, send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
