Squad Leader
to guide the
Stock Plan Services (SPS)
team, with a focus on integrating stock plan capabilities into modern brokerage technology platforms.
In this agile leadership role, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution for key initiatives that impact plan participants, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders. Your focus will be on orchestrating stock plan transactions, managing trade and transfer restrictions, enabling account activations globally, and ensuring seamless bulk asset transfers.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing squad in a dynamic fintech environment, where you'll work cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate the squad's mission, creating alignment across business and technology partners.
* Lead the creation and execution of product roadmaps for stock plan integration with brokerage platforms.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, prioritizing needs and guiding execution with measurable impact.
* Manage features such as trade restrictions, insider windows, account activations, and bulk transfers.
* Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve delivery.
* Empower teams to work iteratively, celebrate wins, and learn from setbacks.
What You Bring
* 8–10 years of experience in product management, systems development, or fintech-related project leadership.
* Proven experience managing complex financial technology products or services.
* Strong background in stock plan administration, brokerage platforms, or financial services (preferred).
* Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without formal authority.
* A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
