ElevatePartners have partnered with a leading corporate advisory firm to hire a SeniorManager for their newly established sustainability team. Suitable candidates will have experience working in a consulting or advisory firmwith a deep technical knowledge allied with a demonstrable track record of providing analysis and advisory insight on ESG & sustainability matters tocorporate clients. This role will provide a challenging and dynamic workenvironment, interesting and varied projects plus scope for personaldevelopment.Role responsibilities will include: · Being a key member ofthe newly formed sustainability/ESG consulting team within an existing advisoryteam· Apply yourscientific and technical knowledge to develop solutions to local and globalproblems and needs· Handle complexissues, analyse and interpret scientific data and information, & ultimately communicate your findings and ideas· Deliver aninnovative approach to our sustainability service offering· Help to developsustainability strategies and adopt best practices for corporate clients· Work with existingand potential clients on their ESG integration approach and stewardshipreporting requirements· Develop strongrelationships with internal stakeholders across the firm, working alongsideothers on all sustainability matters and industries as the team continues togrow
Requirements· Master's degreewith a specialisation in sustainable or environmental finance or data analytics· 5 -7 years' workexperience in sustainability / ESG (environmental, social, governance matters)within a corporate or advisory capacity.· Strongorganisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently· Ability toresearch, analyse and present information to senior stakeholders · Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills including report writing and presentationskills· Working well underpressure and to tight project deadlines · Comfortable withexcel,PowerPoint and data analysis
