Job Description
About the role: The Sauna Sessions Manager oversees the daily operation, client experience, and overall atmosphere of our sauna facilities. This role blends hospitality, wellness knowledge, and operational leadership to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, relaxing, and rejuvenating session.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling, coordination, and smooth running of all sauna sessions
Welcome guests, provide guidance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Maintain sauna cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the day
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when needed
Educate clients on sauna etiquette, health benefits, and safe usage
Handle bookings, payments, and customer inquiries
Train and supervise staff (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in promoting wellness services, packages, and special events
Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or fitness environments (preferred)
Ability to manage schedules and multitask in a calm, organized manner
Basic understanding of sauna safety and wellness practices (training provided)
Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with clients
First Aid certification is an advantage
