Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
* Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and assist customers with personalized styling advice.
* Dynamically change the layout of the retail area to optimize product visibility and customer flow.
* Develop a deep understanding of our fashion products, including materials, styles, and brand stories.
* Create visually appealing displays, ensuring the fashion area reflects current trends.
* Actively promote and sell fashion items, achieving individual and team sales targets.
* Assist with stock replenishment, maintain organized displays, and participate in regular stock checks.
Requirements
* Experience in previous Fashion Retail.
* Passion for fashion and current industry trends.
* Confident in interacting with customers and offering product recommendations.
