This role is ideal for a passionate chef with strong grill experience who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and precision while working as part of a dynamic kitchen team. The Duties Take full responsibility for the grill section during service Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all dishes Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service Monitor stock levels and minimise waste Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures Assist with prep and support other sections when required Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment The Must Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career Previous experience working on a grill section in a busy kitchen Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €35,000 - €38,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Excellent location with train station just 5 minutes away Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
