We're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands -on role focused on value creation, operational oversight, and execution across assets including retail, office, industrial, and residential.
The Role:
* Drive asset -level business plans to enhance value and returns
* Oversee leasing, capex, and third -party partners
* Monitor financial performance and KPIs
* Prepare reporting, valuations, and hold/sell analyses
* Support restructuring and special situations as needed
Requirements:
o 5–10 years' experience in real estate asset management or investments
o Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus)
o Proven ability to manage external partners
o Experience with value -add or opportunistic assets a plus
o Comfortable with complexity and fast -paced environments
