This long‑term project represents a major investment in the region and offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a high‑profile, modern facility with complex structural, architectural, and services requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operationsMaintain accurate site records, manage labour resources, and monitor progress against programmeWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsEnforce Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems across the siteProactively identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvementManage materials requisitions, logistics, and delivery schedulingChair and participate in regular site meetings to ensure clear communication with all stakeholdersRequirementsMinimum 3‑5 years’ experience in a Site Management role with a main contractorQualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade backgroundProven track record delivering projects from early stages through to handoverStrong leadership capabilities, able to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectivelyExcellent communication, planning, and decision‑making skillsHigh level of technical and regulatory knowledge within the construction industrySelf‑driven, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
