Job Overview:
* Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
* Maintain strong relationships with project managers, site teams, and commercial leads to facilitate effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee contract management processes, including onboarding, performance tracking, and variations.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks to drive project profitability.
* Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with audits and claims.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure clear communication.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a Contract Manager or related role.
* Background in civil engineering, utilities, or public works, preferably with knowledge of Irish Water frameworks.
* Familiarity with NEC, GCCC, FIDIC, or equivalent contract types.
* Strong understanding of commercial risk, claims, variations, and contract compliance.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (desired).
* Valid driver's license.
