About the Role
Our client in Co. Limerick is seeking an experienced CNC service professional to join their team as an expert in manufacturing technology setup and maintenance.
Duties Involve:
Setup and optimize new CNC machinery at customer sites
Rapidly respond to critical faults, diagnose issues, restore machine operation (reactive maintenance)
Perform routine servicing, health checks, preventative maintenance to avoid future breakdowns
Repair issues with spindles, hydraulics, pneumatics, ballscrews linear rails etc.
Diagnose problems with control systems Fanuc Siemens drives PLCs wiring
Offer technical advice train operators build strong customer relationships Completing service reports jobsheets maintaining accurate machine history Ensure compliance site company H&S regulations Lock-Off procedures
