The ideal candidate will have recent experience in FMCG field sales, preferably with a proven record in selling to independent retailers. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business development of targeted national accounts in the FMCG sector, ensuring strong relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Full ownership of contract negotiations, relationship execution, and KPIs for assigned accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Management of the joint business planning process, ensuring business objectives are jointly owned and exceeded through collaborative working.
