Learning & Development Specialist
As a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective training strategies. We are looking for an individual with strong coaching and facilitation skills to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
* Develop and implement people plans for each store from a Learning & Development perspective.
* Provide tailored training and advice to Store owners and managers to enhance their performance.
* Coordinate and deliver on-site Customer Service Training with retail teams.
This role involves working closely with Regional Managers, Retail Partners, and colleagues to drive business growth through effective L&D strategies. You will support SuperValu & Centra Retailers to lead positive cultural change in their business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and delivering on-site Leadership and Management Training.
* Supporting store owners and managers to complete training needs analysis and develop appropriate learning plans via the Musgrave Institute.
* Facilitating workshops with Store Owners, Managers, and other senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of L&D and behavioural change initiatives.
Requirements:
* Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a training-related role.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Certification in Training or Coaching or a IITD qualification.
* Experience in E-Learning Design.
