Our client is seeking a commercially driven and strategic
Account Director
to lead the growth and management of key client relationships within a
high-performance technology
and
infrastructure
environment.
This is a senior role focused on driving revenue, expanding account value and delivering exceptional service across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will build and maintain strong C-level relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans that identify new opportunities for growth across a broad range of infrastructure and managed service offerings.
You will take ownership of account performance, including revenue targets, profitability and long-term client retention.
A core element of the role is
driving commercial success through upselling, cross-selling and new business development
within existing accounts, alongside securing high-value contracts through effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
You will also act as a key escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with service delivery, finance and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with agreed service levels and contractual commitments.
You will maintain a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies and customer needs, positioning solutions effectively in a competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in
account management or enterprise sales within telecoms, data centre, cloud, connectivity or managed services environments
.
You will demonstrate a strong track record in managing large accounts, closing complex deals and influencing senior stakeholders.
