Senior HRIS Analyst - 11 Months FTC at Zendesk.
Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking and Reporting modules.
* Collaborate with HR/IT stakeholders to understand absence and reporting business requirements and implement technical solutions.
* Configure and maintain Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking and Reporting modules within Workday.
* Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of absence and HR data with regulatory requirements.
* Assist in development and rollout of new absence and reporting features, enhancements, and integrations.
* Deliver training and develop user support documentation for absence and reporting functionalities.
* Stay informed on Workday releases, features, and best practices related to absence management and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Workday projects involving absence and time tracking.
* Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring on absence and reporting topics to junior team members.
* Utilise knowledge of Talent and Performance modules to support integrated Workday solutions and contribute to related initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Absence/Time Tracking experience is Mandatory for this role.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant focusing on Absence Management, Time Tracking and Reporting.
* Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Reporting certification preferred.
* Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Absence, and Reporting module configurations.
* Knowledge of Workday Talent and Performance modules is desirable.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
