Title: Supply Chain Specialist Location: Cork Terms: Full-time permanent Package: €40,000-€50,000 We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the efficient and compliant movement of materials across a busy and fast-paced operation.
This role covers end-to-end supply chain activities including logistics, procurement, inventory, and planning, ensuring continuity of supply for both production and customers.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound transport, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries Manage shipping, customs, and export documentation for international movements Act as main contact for logistics partners, handling daily shipment planning and issue resolution Create and manage purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and prevent supply disruptions Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate ERP data Support warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery Work closely with internal teams on order updates, delays, and resolutions Track and report on supply chain KPIs Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes Requirements 3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred) Strong knowledge of logistics and transport processes ERP system experience essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Full right to work in Ireland For a confidential discussion on this or any other current opportunity please contact Nicola Murphy IAC-Mar26 Skills: Logistics Procurement ERP
